Introduced from Chuo Kakohki in 2008, vibratory dryer offers easy automation integration, a sealed design to prevent contamination, a simple structure for easy cleaning, and a vibration mechanism that creates a fluidized bed to minimize vessel wear. It is widely used for high-end powders such as silicon carbide, silica, resins, photoresists, and adhesives.

Drying Process
Vibration Working Principle (Horizontal Type)
The vibrator generates vibration, causing the container to vibrate periodically.
The material tumbles uniformly.
The heating medium in the jacket transfers heat.
After absorbing heat, the solvent in the material evaporates, and the vapor is discharged.
