Technical Concept

Based on the solubility, partition coefficient, and melting point/crystal form of the material system, an extraction column first separates and enriches the target component. A crystallizer then controls supersaturation and crystal growth to produce high-purity, regular crystals. Finally, precision filtration rapidly separates crystals from the mother liquor while enabling filtrate recycling and filter cake washing, establishing a closed-loop, high-efficiency process.

Types of Equipment Involved
Crystallization Unit

Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel or special alloys are used to resist acid corrosion.

Efficient heat transfer: External circulation cooling or internal coils are often adopted, combined with powerful agitation to prevent crystal precipitation and wall scaling.

Multi-stage flash evaporation: Crystals are precipitated through stepwise pressure reduction and temperature reduction (without heat exchange surfaces), which resists fouling and saves energy.

Extraction Column

Large processing capacity, capable of continuous operation, suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Relatively simple structure with good sealing performance, suitable for toxic and flammable systems.

Through the design of internal tower components, high mass transfer efficiency and separation performance can be achieved.
