Introduced from Chuo Kakoki in 2008, this vibratory mill differs significantly from traditional ball mills. It uses eccentric blocks to generate high-frequency vibration, creating 6-14G impact forces on the grinding media. Combined with friction, the equipment achieves crushing efficiency up to 20 times that of a ball mill.

Milling and Pulverizing Process
Fundamental crushing mechanism

Raw material pretreatment: After precise proportioning in a weighing hopper, the raw materials are fed into a mixer via a rotary valve and screw conveyor to achieve uniform pre-mixing.

Conveying and crushing: The mixed materials are then transported by a conveying device to the crusher feed hopper, and steadily fed into a continuous vibrating mill for high-efficiency crushing.

Finished product collection: The crushed fine powder is pneumatically conveyed (by suction) to a finished product silo, and then goes through metering and discharge stages to obtain the final product.
