Requirements

Responsibilities

1、Form and lead cross-functional project team, clarify the scope of work, job responsibilities, work tasks and work objectives of each functional department; at the same time, manage the team dynamics, promote efficient communication, and resolve conflicts within the team;
2、Prepare project implementation plan, develop project plan, including determining the project scope, project objectives, identifying key milestones, identifying project risks, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the project (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, shipment and other phases), to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the project plan;
3、Responsible for project cost planning, cost optimization, development and maintenance of project cost plan, to ensure accurate forecasting and allocation of all cost items; and in the process of project implementation to monitor the deviation of the actual expenditures from the budget, and make timely adjustments to prevent cost overruns;
4, in the process of project implementation, identify and manage key stakeholders in the project, including internal team members and external customers; as a window of communication and exchange with customers, to understand the needs and expectations of customers, manage customer relationships, and timely resolution of customer concerns and problems;
4, arranging and organizing regular project meetings, coordinating and solving problems at all stages and in all departments during project implementation, tracking meeting action items, and ensuring that meeting decisions are effectively implemented;
5、Regularly report project progress and key issues;
6, at the end of the project, the organization of the project team to review and summarize the project, the formation of written experience summary document for future project implementation to provide reference.

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering management, project management, process equipment and control engineering, mechanical and related majors;
2, Engineering project management experience at least 2 years and above, familiar with the whole life cycle of engineering projects, nuclear power /chemical /oil and gas /offshore engineering module, skid project management experience is preferred, overseas projects, central enterprises project management experience is preferred.
3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with team members, customers and suppliers.
4、Problem solving ability, able to quickly identify problems and find solutions during the project process.

Responsibilities

1. According to the client's conditions for agitator program design and selection;
2. Submit to sales the quotation program drawings, technical agreements ;
3. Detailed design of agitator, including motor /reducer /coupling /seal /mixing shaft /paddle selection and calculation, construction drawing design;
4. Establish the agitator parts procurement application, procurement of technical annexes, attached drawings, etc. ;
5. According to the delivery date of the project to reasonably arrange the time nodes of drawing, material preparation, bill of materials, into the ERP;
6. In design process to communicate with customers timely (when necessary to go to the customer site, understand the real needs of customers, and submit the best program);
7. Handling of the project in the production process workshop feedback timely ;
8. Audit the work of the drafting engineer;
9. Edit agitator installation instruction manual, as-built drawings and technical documents for archiving;
10. Active learning, active participation in activities and training.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, majoring in process equipment and control engineering, machinery and other related majors;
2. Have a certain understanding of stirring HG/T20569 and other standards, have good communication skills, teamwork ability;
3. Have good English communication skills, able to skillfully translate English technical documents;
4. Skillful use of solidworks, AutoCAD and Office software.

Responsibilities

1. Programming, debugging, machine operation, machining and process optimization of CNC machine tools, and ensure the quality of processing;
2. Check and maintain the equipment operating status, troubleshooting in a timely manner;
3. Responsible for supervising the operating status of equipment, routine maintenance and repair of CNC numerical control machine tools.

Requirements

1. Secondary school or above;
2. More than 1 year experience in CNC machine tool operation and programming, familiar with the use and debugging of CNC numerical control machine tools, skilled in the use of AutoCAD and other related software. 
3. Familiar with the commonly used CNC programming software and the corresponding machine tool operation skills.
4. Have good technical analysis and problem solving ability.
5. Have a certain understanding of material processing technology.

Responsibilities
