1. Detailed design and drawings of pressure vessel according to flow card and client's conditions;
2. Proofread/audit the drawings provided by the design, review whether it conforms to the client's requirements, whether it conforms to the standard specification requirements, whether the structure is reasonable and so on;
3. According to the customer's comments on the design modification until the issuance of construction drawings;
4. According to the requirements of the project manager to rationalize the project design schedule;
5. Take charge of the project design, formulate unified project regulations, and coordinate the design progress;
6. Timely handling of the project in the production process of the workshop feedback problems;
7. Review the design engineer's work results;
8. Active learning, active participation in the department's activities and training.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in process equipment and control engineering;
2. More than 5 years experience in pressure vessel design/calibration;
3. Skillful application of TSG21-2016, GB/T150, GB/T151, NB/T47041, NB/T47042,ASME and other related design standards;
4. Skillful application of pressure vessel calculation software SW6, and will apply PV, Compress software is preferred;
5. English level 4 or above, can read and understand English materials easily;
6. Skillful use of AutoCAD or Solidworks drawing software, skilled use of Office software;   
7. With pressure vessel design approver qualification is preferred.              
8. Has a reactor and special materials design experience, or familiar with the equipment manufacturing process is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. According to the arrangement of the section, according to the national standard requirements to complete the finite element stress analysis and stress analysis report independently ;
2. According to the calculation results of stress analysis, optimize equipment design structure;
3. Assist the sales to carry out the bidding technical program clarification;
4. Review the need for stress analysis or fatigue analysis of equipment drawings, and give guidance;

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, majoring in process equipment and control engineering, machinery and other related majors;
2. With the basic theoretical knowledge of pressure vessel design and finite element calculation;
3. English level 4 or above, able to understand English technical documents; 
4. Skillful use of CAD and Office software, good communication skills, teamwork ability;
5. Skillful application of TSG21-2016, JB4732, GB/T150 and other design standards, and familiar with ASME VIII.2 design standards is preferred;
6. Skillful use of ANSYS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. According to the client's conditions for agitator program design and selection;
2. Submit to sales the quotation program drawings, technical agreements ;
3. Detailed design of agitator, including motor /reducer /coupling /seal /mixing shaft /paddle selection and calculation, construction drawing design;
4. Establish the agitator parts procurement application, procurement of technical annexes, attached drawings, etc. ;
5. According to the delivery date of the project to reasonably arrange the time nodes of drawing, material preparation, bill of materials, into the ERP;
6. In design process to communicate with customers timely (when necessary to go to the customer site, understand the real needs of customers, and submit the best program);
7. Handling of the project in the production process workshop feedback timely ;
8. Audit the work of the drafting engineer;
9. Edit agitator installation instruction manual, as-built drawings and technical documents for archiving;
10. Active learning, active participation in activities and training.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, majoring in process equipment and control engineering, machinery and other related majors;
2. Have a certain understanding of stirring HG/T20569 and other standards, have good communication skills, teamwork ability;
3. Have good English communication skills, able to skillfully translate English technical documents;
4. Skillful use of solidworks, AutoCAD and Office software.

Responsibilities

1. According to the project and process content requirements, the preparation of design specifications, piping material selection and calculation;
2. Responsible for device equipment layout, piping layout and other skidding design work;
3. Responsible for the establishment of 3D piping model, complete piping arrangement drawings, equipment arrangement drawings, frame structure drawings, civil condition drawings, single line drawings and other construction drawings;
4. Statistics of pipeline BOM materials and procurement of pipeline materials;
5. According to the professional division of labor to other professionals to put forward the conditions of the process piping professional.
6. According to the work arrangement, participate in the design submission, cooperate with the relevant personnel to carry out piping, construction, installation, inspection, pressure test and other work;
7. Conscientiously deal with the design problems in the skid block installation, on-site installation, commissioning and driving;
8. Do a good job in the design conditions, calculations, finished documents and archiving work, according to the needs of the work, participate in the preparation of the professional engineering design summary.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, chemical engineering and technology, process equipment and control engineering and other professional 
2. More than 3 years working experience in piping design for chemical / pharmaceutical projects;
3. Independently complete the design work of chemical project piping specialty;  
4. Familiar with laws and regulations and national standards and codes; 
5. Skillful application of 3D design software E3D/PDMS or PLANT3D;
6. Skillful use of AutoCAD, Office and other office software;
7. Skid design, process module design experience is preferred.
